Operations Administrator
Ethan Fox, originally from New York and now residing in Phoenix, AZ, is a dedicated administrator and percussionist deeply committed to expanding access to music education and nurturing a vibrant arts community in Phoenix.
In his administrative roles, Ethan has served as a Project Manager intern with the Phoenix Symphony and as Percussion Manager at the Aspen Music Festival and School. These experiences have provided him insights into premier arts organizations and underscored the transformative impact a music organization can have on its community.
As a performer, Ethan seeks enriching experiences through music, fostering lifelong friendships and enhancing fundamental life skills. His achievements include awards from Percussive Arts Society competitions and participation in the Cortona Marimba Sessions in Italy.
Ethan holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Arizona State University, where he studied under Dr. Michael Compitello. Ethan embodies kindness, strong leadership, tireless work ethic, and drive. He is deeply aligned with the vision of SOUNDS Academy, which strives to eliminate barriers to music education for underserved children. He is enthusiastic about leveraging his skills to propel the organization toward new and innovative horizons.
