Marketing and Development Intern
Jackie Marotta is a classical saxophonist and communications senior at Arizona State University. While attending high school in the Dallas, Texas area, Jackie was fortunate enough to receive world class music education and wants to give all students that kind of opportunity.
As a performer, Jackie has had many opportunities to play on big stages, including Carnegie Hall. She has also performed with many ensembles at Arizona State University, including the ASU Saxophone Ensemble, Maroon and Gold Band, Muxing Saxophone Quartet, and Fiori Saxophone Quartet.
Jackie began as a SOUNDS Academy teaching artist, working with SOLO Program students as well as the ASU Pilgrim Rest Jazz Band. She now works as a marketing and development intern for SOUNDS Academy, which integrates her creative spirit and interest in communicating and marketing.
